Has anyone seen this error and can provide a solution/point in direction how
to troubleshoot.
Error encountered while executing a Web Service : ; nested exception is:
java.net.ConnectException: A remote host refused an attempted
connect operation. (ARERR 9130)
we have created a webservice that is trying to connect
http://service:port/etc......
ARSERVER 7.5 Patch 4
UNIX 6.1
JAVA 1.5
ORACLE 10g
MIDTIER 7.5p4
WEBSPHERE 6.1
Appropriate firewall ports are open.
