Junaid,

Is this a fresh install? I checked both my 7.6.04 and my older SRM 2.2
installation and both entries in App Admin Console >Custom tab state
"Service Request Management." The only entry with the word "system" in
it is Task Management. Could it be someone else added this as a
customization? You can run workflow logging to figure this out or just
look at Dev Studio.

Subject: SRM 7.6.04 links

**

Hi listers,

We are seeing 2 links for SRM under Application Administration Console.
One is "Service Request Management" and the other is "Service Request
Management System". The other link has few option and when clicked on
any one , it gives error message " Form does not exist on server". We
are using SRM 7.6.04 on Windows 2003 server.
