You have to turn off Assignments in your application / rules form and then open
Foundation / Configure Assignment. If the Assignment Engine is on in the
application rules then it will ignore the Configure Assignment mappings.

Thanks Andrew

But the configurations enforce certain rules; what i need is to set an specific
user as a change assignee, and rules randomly will place the assignment.

Is there a way to tell the assignment engine to select a single user?

See "Assignment Configuration" form (CFG:Assignment) - its on the Application
Admin Console for ITSM - Step 7 "Assignment" - for assignment rules
Also see "Change Configuration Rules" under Application Admin Console /
Advanced / Change Management / Advanced Options / Rules

Subject: Assignment route from SRM

Listers;

Another question; Currently there is a SR that routes a CR to a specific user;
looking for a way to change this assignment but i can't find anything. My
understanding this is associated to the Assignment engine but don't know if its
possible to tell the assignment engine to direct assign the request to a user,
eiter i don't know where to configure this.

Hope anyone can guide me on this.

Thanks
