The ITSM app consoles are not supported.. Let me clarify what I meant it works on both..
I had no problems with the tool itself.. For performing other regular User Tool tasks such as viewing forms or reporting data etc... The ITSM consoles are not supported.. There is a statement of directive somewhere either in the release notes or some place else I don’t recall where BMC claimed these consoles were not designed to work on the User Tool..
