Pete:

Can you try to add ARSystem DB as an external DataSource using DB Credentials?
I mean not using standard ARSystem integration but using direct integration to
SQL Server 2008.
Just for discarding connectivity/authentication issues.

I'm getting the error noted below when configuring a connection to the ARSystem
data source. Looking at the error, it seems I need to enable the Remedy
Datasource? If anyone knows how to do this I would be very grateful. The path
referenced in the error, /shared/BMC_DIL/DataSource/Remedy/AR, does not seem to
be located on our Dashboards server.

Current Configuration Status: Configuration failed: Cannot connect to the data
source. Verify that the connection information is correct and that the data
source's database is running and retry.

DB Server: Windows 2003

SQL: SQL 2008 R2, Mixed Mode Authentication NOTE: The account used in the
Dashboard configuration can log directly into the database via SQL Management
Studio and access data.

All thoughts welcome.

Many thanks
