Pete: Can you try to add ARSystem DB as an external DataSource using DB Credentials? I mean not using standard ARSystem integration but using direct integration to SQL Server 2008. Just for discarding connectivity/authentication issues.

Looking at the error, it seems I need to enable the Remedy Datasource? If anyone knows how to do this I would be very grateful.
