Consider the issue of identifying yourself as being reported.

It is quite reasonable to ask people to identify themselves, it is common 
courtesy to do so.
There are some that hide their identity for good and honourable reasons, e.g. 
to avoid being fired,
and those that hide their identity because they would rather not have to take 
responsibility for what they say.

In the end, if you choose not to identify yourself it is your decision, and we 
can in turn choose to place no value on what you say.
