Hi - I did an upgrade from 7.01 to 7.6.3 in a server group and the second install always had to fail once (can't remember the reason)
For the licensing just add the licence for server 2 after installing server 1, as the licences are all in the database - 2 should then install pre-licensed. It was a while back now, but I did have some plugin issues and got around these by inserting a pre-edited conf file before re-installing server 2. I'll post again on the original problem.
