Hi List,
We are facing the the error " ARERR 9280 Server Not present in the configured
server list itsmqcapp". However the correct configured server name in mid-tier
is itsmqcapp.hewitt.com.
I do see entries for similar issue on the list but did not roll upto the
resolution. Can you please help me the resolution to this issue.
