Hmmmm.... That seems like weird workflow to me...
But yes - I would agree - it is minimally "debatable" what is to be done with inactive accounts. You could "scramble a password" -- making it unknown to anybody - effectively locking it. But - I did not know it deleting records by removing a User account?
