Hi all We're battling with an upgrade of ARS 7.5 , ITSM 7.5, CMDB 7.6.00 to ARS 7.6.04.0002, CMDB 7.6.04.0002, ITSM 7.5 (64-bit) but the atrium core installer never completes. It always freezes on a 7.6.03.000 xml file...
We've had a barebone install go fine on a 64bit win2k8r2, and had a 32bit win2k3 get to freeze on a 7.6.04.000 xml file, but no successes upgrading yet.
