What settings do I need to do to an account to make it exempt from LDAP authentication?
I need to set up a couple of accounts that do not have to have a network sign on in order to log into Remedy. I tried setting them to "Disable Password Management for this User" but that did not work. No network sign on, no logging into Remedy.
