ITSM 7.06.04 sp2, Stack Installer, Redhat, Oracle Weblogic 10.5, Redhat Stack installer work almost perfectly. Done in less than 45 minutes. However, cannot get the new Web reports to work. Open an incident record and click the print button. The system appears to be generating the report but then I get:
"An error had occurred. Please see your administrator. (ARERR 9426)." Thoughts?
