We are running AR 7.6.04. Here is what I did to fix the issue. Change the field length of z1D_Note to 0 on HPD:HelPDesk form. This is maddening for our IT users who didn't have this limitation in our 7.0x world. The workaround is to email the INC or CRQ with the information record that exceeds 255 characters. Does anyone else have the same problem and what did you do to resolve this poor design, please ?
