Thanks for your reply, but I searched more for "instance id" field on
"CHG:Template";there is no fields called "Instance id".
Please I need your help to clarify more about the exact field name on the form.
Also, are there any modifications will be applied on
("CHG:ICI:CreateChange_100`!" filter) to add "template_id" in the workflow..?.

Hi Mahmoud - if you put the instance id from the change template into the
Template ID field on chg:changeinterface_create the system will then pull that
template as it creates the ticket. We are doing this for a couple of process
here.

Hi All,
I'm trying to auto create change template with tasks and after search I follow
the below link but I still have problems to fill template id field in
"chg:changeinterface_create" with a valid value:-

However I can create change automatically from my application but it is normal
change (if no templates required).
Please I need your help.
Note:- I'm using ITSM version 7.1.
