Not sure if its related to your issue. We have Windows 2008 system installed and we are using that as CMS server. I created my 'AR System ODBC Data Source' as being system DSN using the ODBC application stored in 'C:\Windows\SysWOW64\odbcad32'. Then used that data source in AR Web report viewer configuration.
