Thanks LJ for your suggestion.

Hi All,

Anyone tried the adapter "ARSXLinks" for connecting to SAP.

Thanks & Regards

Saurabh,

I would say that if they want an immediate incident, the fastest method
is for SAP to push the request. I think Web Services would be a good
avenue.

Subject: BMC Remedy - SAP integration for incident creation

**

Hi All,

I am working on an integration on BMC Remedy with SAP.

My requirement is: Track the SAP job error code and create an incident
instantly. What will be the best method to handle this kind of scenario.

Some common methods that I am aware are using "Web Services" or
"Creating a File in folder and then poll on a regular interval to read
the file".

Is there any better approach that I can use for my scenario which will
more robust and tightly coupled.

Thanks for all your help.

Thanks & Regards

Saurabh Batwe
