Experience and skills: ***Thorough knowledge in all core components (ARS Server, Mid-Tier, Approval Server, Assignment Engine etc.) of BMC remedy 7.6.x, ITSM Suite 7.6.x (IPM, Change, Asset, and SRM), and Atrium Core components (Normalization, Reconciliation, AIE or Atrium Integrator, etc.) ***Capable of building/debugging complex workflows using BMC Remedy AR System and integrating BMC Remedy AR System with other tools ***Strong implementation experience on BMC Atrium CMDB Common Data Model, mapping of CIs to appropriate classes, deep knowledge on relationships, and integration with different CI sources including Atrium Discovery and Dependency Mapping (ADDM) ***Must have good understanding of SQL and integration experience of utilizing Web Services, Java/.net APIs, Java and Python ***Able to manage multiple priorities in high stress and fast pace environment ***Experience in BMC Analytics, SAP Business Object, MS Reporting Services, and Atrium Orchestrator (AO) is a plus ITIL v2/v3 Foundation Certification is preferred _______________________________________________________________________________ UNSUBSCRIBE or access ARSlist Archives at www.arslist.org attend wwrug12 www.wwrug12.com ARSList: "Where the Answers Are"
