Hi ARS-LIST, Does any of you have any experiences in how to improve your skills in log file analysis - as I haven't found any BMC training or anything on how to learn how to do learn these skills - which I think is very important in order to troubleshoot all kind of problems for workflow etc.?
I know that every situation bring a new approach to what and how to look for and how to perform a log file analysis - but I just guess that someone would have thought of how to learn it from scratch and up to being a professional in these skills - I can't be the first one with this problem. :-) I would appreciate any feedback, links, tips and tricks etc. Thank you very much!
