Hi All, We are planning to set up the reporting server by either of the following: 1. Setting up a specific remedy AR box just for reporting---> if we are going this way, what are the prerequisites required(remedy licenses are required?) and how this can be achieved?
2. We are thinking of setting a new server with a new database installed and then we synchronize this database with the remedy production database.For reporting purpose, we will provide the link of this new database created in remedy production server----> Can anyone suggest, will this functionality works for fetching reports from remedy production server. If works, can anyone suggests how to implement the same. We are not considering of using BMC Analytical. Valuable suggestions are highly needed in this regards. consider my queries also which i have raised in my initial mail. Waiting for the response....
