If you have a menu and you uncheck "Sort by Label" then what does Remedy use to sort?
In 7.1p7 it was Create Date, so I was careful to create my data in the order that I wanted it to appear in the menu. Now in 7.6.04 SP2, I have no idea what the criteria is. It's not alphabetical or by create date or request id. Now I have to rename my data and check Sort By Label so it comes up in the order that I want?
