Troubleshooting some problems with data visualisations (change diary takes an eternity to open - several minutes, regardless of user tool/browser version).
The mid tier error logs are almost exclusively full of the error : 06-Feb-2012 09:47:09 - FINE (com.remedy.log.INTERNAL) : (Thread 107) com.remedy.arsys.goat.GoatException <init> Throw Error - 9402 No errors are seen on the clients System is : AR Server : ARS 7.5 patch 004, Solaris, mid-tier running on a separate server (similar spec) Database : Oracle 11.2.0.1.0, also running on Solaris Any suggestions?
