ARERR 9402: The server “ARSystemServer” is not localized or not contactable. The localized version of a given string is unavailable, or the string is not localized.
I imagine you get back the unlocalized string. This could be for a localized view containing localized fields, for an message string, etc. What locale does your browser send to the midtier and what locale is your midtier/arserver running with?
