On BMC Remedy ITSM 7.6.04, running a report. When I connect to the mid-tier directly through the apache tomcat I am able to run all of the OOTB WEB or ARSystem reports. When I connect to the midtier through Siteminder - IIS the reports do not run. I am not getting any error messages. The hourglass is displayed that it is working, but nothing ever comes back. I do not even get the parameter pop-ups.
