Pete - I am not aware of any OOTB functionality which ties Approval Central questions/comments with SRM Activity Logs or vice versa. Similar limitations exist within the integration between Change Management, and Approval Central. (You will find there is nowhere on the CRQ to see questions or comments posed by approvers.) If someone can correct me in this assumption, by all means do. It seems like a whopper of a missed requirement in the apps.
My suggestion would be to create some workflow which pushes data around between the two subsystems. It’s interesting that the activity logs are stored in SRM:WorkInfo > for service requests and activity logs for approvals are stored in > AP:Question-Comment-Info. _______________________________________________________________________________ UNSUBSCRIBE or access ARSlist Archives at www.arslist.org attend wwrug12 www.wwrug12.com ARSList: "Where the Answers Are"
