Jose, On the front end of SRM, it aids in reducing the time and steps it takes to create a service request. It does this by introducing a front end Q&A interface to ease data entry. In my opinion, the power of designer is on the backend modules that use task management. Think of it as taking a process flow diagram created in Visio and each flow object being represented as a task within the ITSM module.
