What requests does the Needs Attention view display in SRM 7.6.04.? The SRM User guide states the following: "Click the Needs Attention link to view any requests that require your immediate attention, for example, requests that require your approval." Also I've read that the Needs Attention table should display requests where the fulfillment ticket is put into pending awaiting the customer to provide an update. Neither of these appear to work and I cannot get the Needs Attention table to display any requests.
