The AR Task attachment only works with the user tool, but the same Filter that 
generates the notification with the AR Task link should also include the Direct 
URL into the message body.  This directs them to a notification form where OOB 
ITSM workflow then redirects the user to the record in question.

Filter:  NTE:NTS:DefaultMethod_200_NT
