We have a recurrently issue when we are trying to attach any kind of file via WEB (Internet Explorer, Firefox, etc..) the message is "failed to add attachment" we did the flush cache, clear the cookies and cache for the web browser but still the issue, we need to restart the tomcat services in order do a workaround because after few days the issue go back. We are using: ARS 7.5 patch 006 Mid Tier 7.5 patch 006 Any one knows how to fix this issue? Thanks in advance. J.
