If remember correctly I think the beta is closed already and expected release is late 2nd to 3rd quarter. Some one from BMC can shed more light onto this. The few big things that were publicized by BMC is sharing single remedy env across several IT support/call centers spread across different regions. Integration with social networks. The good thing with this beta program was BMC has provided both the options where you can install in your local hardware or just use it from their cloud version. I was very much interested on hearing more about performance related stuff but I did not find much details, probably they are still in the workings.
