Melissa,
We experienced an issue at one point where if the server wasn't in the
trusted zone, IE tried to do that whole 'click this header to download the
file' thing...and Remedy wasn't playing that game very well, so no one was
able to download.  As soon as we put the server in the trusted zone, it
stopped prompting like that and they were able to download properly.  I
don't know if that's related to your issue...but worth looking into it :)

We are having an issue on some machines where the users are unable to
open an attachment (.docx, jpg, doesn't matter the file type) on a
work info entry for an incident.  The user clicks "View" and then is
presented with the "Save" or "Open" screen.  When they click open, it
starts the file transfer box, but nothing happens.  No other program
is loaded (like Word, or Picture Viewer).  Nothing happens.

Has anyone else experienced this issue?
