For 7.6.03 or other servers, simply fill out a Meta-Update trial request, participate in the “Live Install” service and presentation (under 1 hr.), and then generate the form and field spreadsheets for your ARS server (which will include your customisations). >From the posting to the list of Tue, 2012-Feb-21: Hi Folks, A lot of you have asked for fields and labels of ITSM. To help out, we’re offering a free Excel 2010 Spreadsheet taken from a Pre-configured Stack Installed ITSM 7.6.04. As you all know, ITSM is big, some 235,000 fields. We’ve made the original CSV files also available to you. This will allow you to take slices (say by form name or prefix) when you are running previous Excel releases. Instructions for this are included. The spreadsheet was generated using Meta-Schema with the English locale and selecting the Default Views for the field labels. Field labels are used in Queries and are view dependent. All Meta-Update utilities accept ARS Field Names as well as labels and ids in query qualifications. There are duplicates as well as fields not in view. Meta-Schema is bundled with Meta-Update.
