That actually led me to posting this although there is an internal convention here to postfix customizations with our customer abbreviations.. I wanted to make sure that the some of the 5 different conventions were not indeed customizations that the developer missed putting a prefix to. I thought it was weird too and there is almost no reason why they should have not stuck to just 2 conventions here CTM:PeopleXXXXXXXXX and CTM:PPL-XXXXXXXXX. I would have felt more confident separating the OTB from customized flow.
The only other way to reassure if its an OTB object is looking at the Change History on the object where BMC owned objects have something like: “9/10/2009 9:19:53 PM BMC Copyright (c) 1991 - 2009 BMC Software, Inc. all rights reserved BMCVer=7.6.00” This too, I wonder if its consistent really.. I wouldn’t be surprised if there are a vast number of BMC owned objects that do not have that ‘signature’ in the Change History.
