Can anyone in this group point me to good documentation on how to purge, not archive, old Incident/Change/problem/SRM tickets. I have many many years worth of data that needs cleaning up and I'm not finding any good doc files on the BMC site. I must be using a bad search string? Thanks, Larry B.
