Hi Joe,

Thank you very much for your email. I'm indeed working on an out of the box
ITSM application. Very minor customizations were brought to the system.
This issue actually happens from time to time and gets fixed once the email
engine is restarted. So from my point of view, it's only a matter of
perfromance. I'm even thinking about putting the email engine on Debug mode
to help.
