If the toolbar is installed, click on the little button attached to the search button on the google toolbar, that has a little triangle like black icon on it representing a drop down.. (see GoogleToolbar-01.jpg) Go to the Tools tab of the Toolbar Options that open on clicking on that button, and make sure that the Pop-ip Blocker is disabled (see GoogleToolbar-02.jpg) Joe From: Francois Seegers Sent: Tuesday, March 27, 2012 1:23 PM Newsgroups: public.remedy.arsystem.general To: arslist@ARSLIST.ORG Subject: Re: AttachmentPopup buttons not functioning as expected ** Thanks Joe will give it a go and see if this might be our problem to. I was helped by a few members on this list to resolve that problem.. We might have to do this again but then the cache might get corrupt to quickly to often.
