Or compromise.. do only user facing forms and let the admins & developers see the BMC branding.. who cares about what the admins & developers see? It’s the users (especially the management type users) that usually pick on branding especially if the ARS is a part of the intranet applications....

We actually persuaded business away from going down this direction for 7.6.04 – it creates too many headaches. At least in 7.6.04 and beyond it will create overlays. I can understand if this was forward facing to external customers then you would want to use your own branding, but if this is just for internal use then what is the point – you’re just adding to your support and maintenance costs going forward. Also, is it necessary to do the branding of BMC core forms, and will that affect the definition of any forms and one more thing, if i changes or removes the dimensions of the logo(label), will that affect the form definition. If you are on the latest versions, You change it at one central place ‘Images’ and the logos in the forms are referenced from this. One change affects all the forms on which that image is referenced. You will see a new modified date on the form as soon as you change the image that is associated with that form. You may want to do it during non production hours as this will cause a massive definition change.
