Does anybody know the minimum recommend screen resolution for ITSM web client use?
1024x768 used to be an old standard, but even with that you have left to right scrolling in ITSM forms. I'm particularly concerned with the incident, change, problem record forms for display and create purposes. I've searched doc (compat. guides, user guides, install guides) but unable to find a reference. I ask, because I can see the ITSM BP views will grow and expand to fit screen, but it does not good for me to add custom data tables / fields, etc... that go beyond min resolution to avoid a lot of left to right scrolling.
