Hi All, Currently when an incident is created I have a filter that sets the day of the week, and hour of the day. Then there is a second set fields that 'Check Date' = $DATE$ and then checks this against the Business Time Holiday. If it is a holiday then sets the 'Holiday' field to Yes. Then there is an escalation that sends a notification under certain conditions including
(Week >1 AND Week <7) AND (Hour > 8 AND Hour < 18) AND Holiday = NULL I am thinking I can use business time and reduce all of this down to one field 'Business Hours' - Yes/No. Just have not figured out how to do it. Would be grateful for any suggestions.
