The short answer is 'no'.  One of the benefits of support is being able to do 
this...one of the disadvantages is you can't.  To do this move to new hardware, 
the only way I can think of would be to do a MACD spoof on the new hardware 
(assuming you are on windows of course)....

We are on ARS 6.3 and customer support module with one prod and development 
environment. 

We don't have support contract with remedy so I can't ask this question to 
remedy support. We need to transfer our licenses from existing system to the 
new system. Can remedy support help us with transfer of licenses with one time 
fee? How can we do this without remedy support? 

Any insight on this will be helpful.
