Hi ARSListers,

In sending an email via the Incident Form --> Functions --> Email System with 
attachment, the attachment is not displayed in 2007 MS Outlook Client.

We have used an AR System Email Message Template where Template format is HTML. 
The HTML Template contains a reference to a graphic file (Company logo in png 
format) which we've added in the Template Attachment form.
We also modified the ff filters to include the content template in the Notify 
Action
NTE:NTS:Email_200_Customer-NT
NTE:NTS:Email_200_Manual-NT
NTE:NTS:Email_200_SystemNT

What we found out that when the Company logo is removed from the AR System 
Email Template form, the attachment is displayed in the MS Outlook client. It 
appears that system is somehow limiting the display of the attachment to 1 for 
MS Outlook client, but not MS Outlook web. 

Also, the attachment added is included in the AR System Email Messages form.

Have anyone encountered this issue before? We are in ARS 7.6.04 SP2 and ITSM 
7.6.04 SP1. Any workaround that you can issue to get this resolved?
