Hi Joe, Thanks for your prompt reply. We've tried different kinds of extension to attach - including word, pdf, excel, png, jpeg - all of them did not show in the MS Outlook client. This issue appears to be consistent with all users (we've tested across 3 different mail servers) using MS Outlook client. I've checked the Attachment Handling properties, looks like default setting looks OK. Anywhere else I need to check?
