First of all thanks for your answer.

I followed your advice, I made the changes and I rerun the upgrade of ITSM. In 
this second attempt the installation stopped to incident management install and 
the errors reported in logs are the following:

It's clear that I have to rename the field Text and Corporate ID first of all.
Moreover, it seems that the system expects the fields 303979600 and 60900 and 
do not find them and so I have to create them, but I do not know the 
characteristics of the fields to create (type, permissions ...).
From the file hpd_deplapp.def I could only find the name of the fields, Vendor 
Assignee Groups (60900) and EffortDurationHour (303979600) but I can not figure 
out how to create them.

Any ideas?
