Hi,
To fix the license issue pointed at by Fred, you can actually apply the
server license key of ALL your servers to the one you are copying from.
They wont interfere, and the server you copy to will pick up its own
license key.
Another thing to take care of is the AR System Email Mailbox Configuration
form. You might want to redirect the Email Engine so that it does not
"steal" emails supposed to be read from another server.
The AR System User Preferences form also contains server specific data,
and you might want to update some fields, or even skip that form entirely.

While doing a database copy can be good to set up an identical server to
start with, it is not really good for going Dev -> Test -> Production. You
would not want to overwrite the incident data on your production server,
right!?
