Hi, In ITSM 7.6.04 Tasks are only displayed in the Overview console if the user updates their Application Preferences to set Show Tasks to Yes, The application preference records only get created for a user when they modify thier application preference settings, are there global preference settings that can be updated to show tasks on the Overview console by default?
