It covers all the ITSM based modules for updates, and not just limited to Incident Management. You can create Incident requests based on Templates linked to the incoming email address, plus other features. It is pure ARS code, so you can enhance it to suit specific business requirements. You can also download an evaluation version to explore the functionality. I have even had customers "enhance" the integration to suit their business requirements and pass these back to me, and these enhancements are also offered where required.
