Firefox is supported. Is this a multi-line (more than 1 row) character field? If not then it sounds like a bug to me. What does workflow logging show?

I discovered (on my Mac) that if I hold down SHIFT and CNTL while pressing RETURN, then the workflow does fire correctly. Has anyone else observed this? Any suggestions on how else to work around it?
