Hi List, We've an instance of IBRSD on our ITSM 7.6.03 server. Can this instance be configured to integrate with multiple BEM servers?
Multiple BEM servers will raise incidents with ITSM. And ITSM has to respond back to all the BEM servers. Is this configuration possible to achieve?
