Yeah, we had to build a custom assignment lookup form for the IBRSD integration because we had many different assignments for the events. Basically it looks up the form to match specific event tiers, if it finds a match, it uses the support group assignment that entry has and any operational or resolution categorizations to create the incident. If it doesn't find a match, it's assigned to a default support group.
