Kali, The WS created tickets are really just another 'client' of the Mid-Tier...so I can't think of anything outside of if your Mid-Tier is setup for anonymous authentication with a specific user, you could trace those users and such, or if you have specific interfaces you could write workflow on those forms to keep track of the records going through there.
