Hi List,

Need help in understanding the following parameters (Mid-Tier).

1) maxProxiesPerServer: 10

2) Client sets connection limits per server to :80

Is there a way to determine which all threads are using proxy connections to
ARServer?

We often receive an error in Tomcat logs stating below.

- We have reached the max number proxies in the pool; wait for one to become
available for thread Tid_10099 for server xxxxx
- We have reached the max number proxies in the pool; wait for one to become
available for thread Tid_10100 for server xxxxx

Mid-Tier server is on Windows machine.

Whenever above error showsup in stdout logs, I am forced to restart the Tomcat
service so that all the occupied threads (10) are released.

Is there a way to determine if some of the proxy connections to ARsystem which
were opened through Proxy Manager never got closed (deadlock)?
Is the only solution to above problem is by increasing the parameter value
(maxProxiesPerServer)?

Regards
Dheeraj
